These terms apply when you use this website or place an order with MediNova Pharmacy Ltd. Placing an order means you accept them.
Who can order
You must be 18 or older to open an account and place an order. Prescription items are dispensed only against a valid prescription from a registered physician.
Products and prices
We describe products as accurately as we can, using information from the manufacturer. Pack designs change from time to time, so the pack you receive may look slightly different from the picture while being the same product. Prices include VAT where applicable and can change without notice, but the price you saw at checkout is the price you pay for that order.
Stock
Stock levels shown are our best estimate at the time you look. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will call you to offer a substitute or refund that item.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm the order. We may decline an order if the prescription cannot be verified, if the delivery address is outside our coverage, or if we suspect misuse.
Delivery
Charges and arrival windows are shown before you confirm. These windows are estimates and can be affected by weather, traffic and public holidays.

Medical information
Nothing on this website is medical advice. Product pages describe what is in the pack we deliver. For advice on what to take, and how, consult a registered physician. Our pharmacists can answer questions about a product but do not diagnose or prescribe.
Our liability
We are responsible for delivering the correct, genuine product in good condition. We are not responsible for outcomes arising from using a medicine other than as prescribed. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Bangladeshi law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes fall to the courts of Dhaka.
