This policy explains what MediNova Pharmacy Ltd. collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to be read, not to be skipped.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, mobile number and, if you give one, your email address.
• Delivery details: the addresses you save and any delivery notes you write.
• Order history: what you ordered, when, and how you paid.
• Prescriptions: any prescription you upload for an Rx product.
• Technical data: basic device and browser information, used to keep the site working and secure.

Why we collect it

To take your order, deliver it, verify prescriptions where the law requires it, handle returns, and answer your questions. We also use aggregate order data to decide which products to stock and which areas to deliver to next.

Prescriptions

An uploaded prescription is seen only by the pharmacists who need it to dispense your order. It is kept for the period required by pharmacy record-keeping rules and is never used for marketing.

Payments

We do not store your card number. Card payments are completed on the payment provider's own secure page, and we receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded. Mobile wallet payments are handled by bKash, Nagad or Rocket under their own terms.

Who else sees your data

Delivery riders see your name, address and phone number, because they need them. Payment providers see what they need to process a payment. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

What you can ask for

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Some order and prescription records must be kept for a legally required period even after an account is closed. Write to privacy@medinova.com.bd and we will reply within seven working days.

Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's local storage to remember your cart, your saved items and your chosen delivery area. These stay on your device and are cleared when you sign out. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will say so on this page and, for material changes, message registered customers.
