How delivery works
- Orders placed before 6pm inside Dhaka city are usually delivered the same day.
- Delivery is free on orders over ৳799 in every area we cover.
- Cold-chain items such as insulin travel in an insulated box with ice packs, and are delivered inside Dhaka metro only.
- The rider will call before arriving. If nobody answers, we try again the next working day.
- For cash on delivery, please keep the exact amount ready — riders carry limited change.
