MediNova was started by pharmacists who kept hearing the same thing: getting the right medicine should not mean three shops and a traffic jam.
What we do
We stock medicines, vitamins, personal care products and home health devices, and deliver them across the areas listed on our delivery page. Every pack is sourced from the manufacturer or their authorised distributor, and leaves our shelf sealed, with the batch number and expiry date printed by the maker.
How prescription orders work
Products that need a prescription are marked with an Rx tag. You can add them to your cart like anything else, then upload your prescription at checkout or send it to us on WhatsApp. A registered pharmacist reviews it before the order is packed. If something is unclear, we call you rather than guess.
What we will not do
We do not diagnose, and we do not recommend medicines. If you are not sure what you need, speak to a doctor. Our pharmacists can explain what is on a pack, check a prescription and answer questions about storage, availability and substitutes — but the prescribing decision belongs with your physician.
Where we are going
We began in Dhaka and add new delivery areas every month. Chattogram, Sylhet, Rajshahi and Khulna are already covered in part. If we have not reached you yet, tell us where you are and we will let you know when we do.
